Regulations made by the Governor in Council under section 4 of the Nurses Registration Ordinance, 1931, Ordinance No. 1 of 1931, on the 15th day of May, 1931.

1. The Board shall consist of seven mem- Constitution

The Principal Matron of the Govern-

ment Hospitals.

Three members appointed by the

Governor.

Two members appointed by the Uni- versity of Hong Kong.

Members shall be appointed for a period of three years. Should any member of the Board die or leave the Colony during his period of appointment his place shall be filled for the remainder of his term of office by a member appointed by the same authority as appointed the deceased or absent member. The Director of Medical and Sanitary Services shall be the Chairman of the Board.

2. In these regulations,―

"The Ordinance means the Nurses Registration Ordinance, 1931.

"The Board" means the Nursing Board as constituted under section 1 of these regulations.
